These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the groweik.com website and your engagement with Groweik (“we”, “our”, “us”) for any services. By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a contact form, booking a strategy call, or making a payment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to these Terms in full. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business.
2. Services
Groweik provides done-for-you digital business services including e-commerce development, paid advertising, SEO, tracking setup, branding, AI automation, and related services as described on groweik.com/services. The specific scope of services delivered is defined in the package you purchase or the project proposal agreed upon in writing.
We reserve the right to decline any project that conflicts with our values, capabilities, or legal obligations. Acceptance of payment does not constitute a guarantee of results beyond those explicitly stated in our guarantee terms.
3. Packages and Pricing
We offer the following core packages as listed on groweik.com/packages. Prices are in USD and current at the time of publication:
- Starter — $4,999: Includes idea validation, product landing page, logo and basic brand kit, Facebook Pixel setup, 2 product graphics + 1 video, pre-launch checklist, and 15 days technical support. Domain and hosting provided by client.
- Grow — $7,999: Includes everything in Starter plus a full-featured e-commerce website, 1 .com domain + 2 months hosting, Facebook and Instagram advertising, browser-side and server-side tracking, order automation, AI chatbot, and 30 days technical support.
- Business PRO — $9,999: Includes everything in Grow plus Shopify store, 4 months hosting, advanced sales funnel, multi-platform advertising (YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, Pinterest), GTM server-side tracking, and 60 days technical support.
Custom scopes and standalone services are available and priced separately. All prices are subject to change; the price applicable to your project is the price agreed in writing at the time of engagement.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is due prior to project commencement unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) and bank transfer. Payments are processed in USD.
Where a payment plan is agreed, work proceeds in phases aligned to payment milestones. Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled.
All payments are subject to Stripe's processing fees, which are borne by the client unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which vary by jurisdiction and are the client's responsibility.
5. 45-Day First-Sale Guarantee
We offer a 45-day first-sale guarantee on all packages. This means: if your business does not receive its first paying customer within 45 days of the agreed launch date, we will continue working on your project at no additional charge until that first sale is achieved.
The guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- The client must have approved and launched the store, ads, and all deliverables by the agreed date
- The client must have funded the advertising budget (minimum $5 as included in Grow/PRO packages, or as separately agreed)
- The client must have followed groweik's product and pricing recommendations
- The guarantee applies to the primary target market (USA, UK, or Australia as scoped)
- The guarantee does not apply where delays are caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide product images, payment delays, or refusal to follow recommendations)
- The guarantee does not constitute a money-back guarantee — it covers additional work only

6. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver your project on time and to the agreed standard, you agree to:
- Provide all required materials (product images, brand assets, copy, access credentials) within agreed timeframes
- Respond to review requests and approval requests within 3 business days
- Fund advertising accounts and third-party platform subscriptions as required for your package
- Attend agreed strategy calls and onboarding sessions
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your business scope, product, or target market
Delays caused by failure to fulfil these responsibilities may extend project timelines and will not trigger the 45-day guarantee clock until the delay is resolved.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables produced by groweik for your project — including website code, graphics, ad creatives, video assets, and written content — become your property. You receive full IP ownership with no ongoing licence fee to us.
Groweik retains the right to reference your project (company name, results, and case study summary) in our portfolio, marketing materials, and on groweik.com unless you request otherwise in writing.
We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, and internal tools used in delivering services. These are not transferred as part of any project delivery.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project that is designated as confidential or would reasonably be understood to be confidential. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Groweik's total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Business outcomes, revenue, and ROAS figures referenced on our website are historical averages and not guaranteed for any specific client.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination by the client, fees for work completed to date are non-refundable. In the event of termination by groweik without cause, we will refund a pro-rata portion of any prepaid fees for undelivered work.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The version in effect at the time you enter into a service agreement with us governs that agreement. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for website use purposes.
